An A/V Event Request form is required for all Culverhouse College of Business events taking place in Culverhouse buildings. This technology request form is in addition to the room reservation Qualtrics form completed for the events team. Both forms must be completed for any and all services to be rendered.

Technology Requirements

YOU OR YOUR FACULTY/STAFF SPONSOR WILL NEED TO LOGIN TO ALL MACHINES AND COMPUTER SERVICES THAT WILL BE USED FOR THE EVENT (SUCH AS COMPUTER, ZOOM, MICROSOFT OFFICE, TEAMS, PANOPTO, ETC.)

Generic Accounts are no longer available to be used due to OIT security requirements.

This is for RECORDING only, to be viewed after the event. Please use the videoconferencing option if you need a LIVE stream of the event.
Will attendees be joining remotely over Zoom or Teams?
Most Culverhouse classrooms are equipped with one instructor lavalier microphone and ceiling mounted audience microphones. There is no additional charge to use this standard equipment. For the best experience, you should use one or the other when recording or conferencing Zoom/Panopto/Teams or else some feedback/echo may be introduced. These can be muted on the Touch Panel on the podium.

Be aware that if the classroom seats less than 50 students, then the instructor mic is NOT amplified through the classroom speakers.
